INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON TOPOLOGY OF SINGULARITIES AND RELATED TOPICS Hanoi March 22-26 2010     Aims and Scopes The aim of this conference is to introduce to participants some main developments in singularity theory as well as recent results in the field. The Conference will also promote interaction between mathematicians in the region. The organizers wish to express a particular welcome to young mathematicians and graduate students and hope the conference will provide them with an opprtunity to broaden their awareness of contemporary mathematics at an advanced level.
