Aims and Scopes
The aim of this conference is to provide young researchers and also all mathematicians who are interested in the subject with some main developments of the theory and the latest results in the field, which are to be brought by the leading experts in the field. The Conference will also contribute to the exchange of ideas and collaboration between mathematicians in the region.
