All papers presented in the conference can be published in the conference proceedings after being refereed. Lectures given in the School may be published in the Lecture Notes. The Proceedings of the first ICAAA2002-Hanoi,  edited by N.M. Chuong, L.Nirenberg, W.Tutschke, have been published by the World Scientific Publisher.

USD (including abstract, proceedings, banquet, city Tour (accompanying persons USD 75) to be paid at the registration desk. The fee is waived for students and some participants in exceptional cases.

Visa :
To enter Vietnam, foreigners need an visa which is usually granted at Vietnamese embassies and consulates abroad. Any visa can be  applied for directly there. Business travelers should apply for a visa through the Vietnam host. In our case, the local organizers of the conference should apply for a visa approval for their foreign guests at the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam. After that , the relevant Vietnamese embassy or consulate is informed of the approval by fax. You will be notified about the date of this fax as well as an approval number. You must send (or bring in person) (1) your passport, (2) approval number and date of fax, (3) two passport photos, to your Vietnamese embassy or consulate to obtain your visa. In general, some visa fees are charged.

If you and your family want the organizers to apply for your visa approval, please let us know  your (and your family member's ) personal data as soon as you could. The following informations are needed

1) Full name, 2) Date and place of birth, 3) Profession, 4) Passport number, 5) Date and Place of issue and expiration date, 6) Nationality (original and present), 7) Date and port of entry to Vietnam (TAN SON NHAT Airport near Ho Chi Minh City, or NOI BAI Airport near Hanoi; if there is no other thing that to come to QUINHON, the Airport TAN SON NHAT is better), 8) Length of stay in Vietnam, 9) Which Vietnamese embassy or consulate do you want to obtain your Visa from.

Accommodation: In Quinhon there are hotels of various categories: USD 15 - 100 by day. If you need the organizers to reserve an accomodation for you, please specify it in  your Registration Form.

Social events: City tour, Excursion Banquet (Free); Optional: Dinner with Vietnamese traditional music, Tours:  Old Capital Hue tour, Old Hoi An City tour, Ha Long Bay tour.
