      This note deals with the spectral analysis of a general set-valued mapping A defined from a normed space X into its topological dual space X^*. The following two issues are addressed: (i) identification of set- valued mappings which have only nonnegative eigenvalues; (ii) analysis of recession eigenvalues and recession eigenvectors
