Abstract. This paper, continuing [9], gives
more C.L.T.s for $\ell$'-mixing random variables and the likes, which
improve those of Withers [10], Dvoretzky [2], Serfling [8] and Mcleish [6],
created for $\ell$-mixing, α-mixing, β-mixing, martingale and martingale-like
random variables.
